They have led work recognised by the IEEE RAS Industrial Activities Board Award (2023) and now design the enterprise AI platform that lets operators on five continents decouple critical infrastructure from human constraints and move toward a truly autonomous operations.

A serial entrepreneur with two decades of building and scaling global technology businesses, Marc leads the company’s vision to commercialize autonomous inspection and operations platforms that keep people out of harm’s way.

Dr. Dorian Scholz

Chief Product Officer, Co-founder

With a PhD in robotics from TU Darmstadt, Dorian leads web and mobile interfaces, cloud‑based software, and IT security, shaping the product that delivers autonomous industrial operations and inspections at scale.

Dr. Stefan Kohlbrecher

Chief Technology Officer, Co-founder

As a leading robotics and AI expert behind Hector SLAM, widely used for SLAM in research and industry, Stefan has led teams in the ARGOS Challenge, DARPA Robotics Challenge, and RoboCup Rescue.

Dr. Alberto Romay

With a PhD in robotics from TU Darmstadt, Alberto leads software and hardware qualification, Robot DevOps, and autonomous robotbehaviors, ensuring Korial’s solutions are reliable, deployable, and robust in demanding industrial environments.

Prof. Oskar von Stryk

Senior Advisor, Co-founder

A TU Darmstadt professor and internationally recognized expert in autonomous robotics with more than 25 years’ experience and over 250 publications, Oskar acts as a scientific mentor and consultant to Korial.

Korial’s leadership team has spent years turning industrial constraints into an enterprise AI platform that ingests universal data streams, orchestrates missions across heterogeneous fleets, and delivers verified insight back into the systems executives already trust.

By unifying fleet supervision, robot control, mission orchestration, and enterprise integration into a single operating layer, the team has moved autonomy from pilot projects into permanent infrastructure. The result is a platform that can adopt new devices, sites, and workflows without forcing customers to redesign their governance, security, or reporting stacks.

From simulation and digital twins to structured onboarding and long-term success architecture, this group has brought Korial to market as a critical piece of industrial infrastructure.
